We work for your vacation.

We’ll make an appointment at your convenience for a free 15 to 30-minute consultation via phone call or Zoom. During the consultation, we will ask you some questions and answer yours about your vacation expectations, and we’ll explain to you how we work for you. 

• Travel Planning Questionnaire: You might complete a questionnaire before or after the consultation. This form can save us both some time, enabling us to sift through hundreds of options so we may send you only the options that are truly worthy of your consideration.
• Retainer: Depending on the complexity of your trip, we will charge a non-refundable retainer for our services. The cost for our professional services starts at $125 per trip, and we will inform you of what your cost will be by the end of our consultation. Note: This one-time per trip fee pays us for some of the time we spend to serve you from the moment we begin our research, to days after you return from your trip; it does not apply to the cost of your vacation.

We will send you a proposal including up to three options with pricing. These options are in response to the specific information you provide us, and you can trust that these are truly the BEST options for YOU and your travel companions. We can then discuss and modify and eventually come up with an itinerary for you to approve.

• Discussion and Modification: We will discuss the proposal with you via email, phone call, zoom, or in person. We are happy to answer any questions you have about the proposed options. If needed, we can send you additional information and/or make changes so that you are completely satisfied with your choice.  Note: This process must be swift, as pricing and availability of flights, hotels, tours, etc. are constantly changing and are not guaranteed until booked with payment.

Once you have approved an itinerary and price, we will need to collect more information from you, including payment authorization. This can be done with a secure digital form, a phone call, or in person, and we will not use your credit/debit card without your authorization.  As soon as we have all the required information, we will book all the components of your trip and send you a confirmation and an invoice. Note: We will make payments directly to our travel suppliers on your behalf.

• Payment Plan: If you are booking your trip at least 90 days prior to departure, pending the travel suppliers’ terms & conditions, we can set up a free and flexible payment plan that suits your schedule and budget. Then we will make all your payments on your behalf so you don’t have to, and we’ll send you an invoice after every payment. If you need to change your schedule or method of payment, just let us know a few days before a payment is due, and we can adjust.

During the weeks or months prior to your departure date, we will send you helpful advice and tips to optimize your preparation and enjoyment of your trip. Some of the items we’ll share may include a destination guide, packing list, travel advisories, passports, visas, and other entry requirements, dining recommendations, suggestions of tours and activities, information about currency exchange and electrical outlet converters, baggage policies, and more.

• Changes: If the airline or hotel or tour group makes any unexpected changes, we’ll be there to get things straightened out, so you won’t have to worry. And, of course, we will be on hand to answer any questions you have as you anticipate your trip!

We will meet with you and your travel companions a few days prior to your departure to go over your travel documents and to answer any remaining questions you have. We’ll make sure you know what to expect at each juncture of your vacation to alleviate any possible stress. This can be done by phone call, zoom, or an in-person meeting at a time and location convenient to you. We even make house calls!

• Travel Documents: We will send your choice of either digital or printed documents (or both!) to you that will include all your travel reservations and confirmations in one tidy place.

• During Travel: In the unlikely event that anything doesn’t go as expected, you will have a point of contact in your  destination so that you can get quick assistance. In addition, we will be on call should you need to contact us.
• After the Trip: We will ask you for feedback—about our service and about your experiences during your trip. This helps us to better serve you and our other clients with future trips. If you encountered any issues during your vacation, we will address those with the suppliers so that they may offer compensation if warranted.

By the way, even if you must cancel your trip: We will assist with re-booking, refund requests, insurance claims, etc.
