Meet Carol
Hi! I’m Carol Mallett, professional travel advisor and owner of Amazing Outlooks Travel Agency since 2017. I am also a wife, mother, grandmother, empty-nester, singer, actress, theatre director, and retired classroom teacher.
After teaching literature and theatre arts for 30 years, becoming a travel advisor seemed like a natural progression for me. Literature and theatre both engage the reader, actor, or audience to explore the world from a variety of perspectives. Travel does that too! I believe that as a travel advisor, I am still an educator, but with a much bigger classroom. And I am as passionate today as ever about helping others to experience the world!
Furthermore, just as I’ve built relationships with my students, I now build relationships with my travel clients. I work hard to give personal service that appeals to each traveler’s unique needs, wants, budget, and travel style. That’s why my clients come back to me again and again for all of their travel needs. After a while, we get to know each other pretty well, and the planning process just gets easier with every trip.

(There actually is a rhyme and reason to the wall colors, flooring and lighting in airports!) Some would say that my forte is in finance, but it’s really in PEOPLE. I love helping people out with budgeting, saving up for things they want–and Hey!–even shopping! I enjoy taking care of all the administrative work to help people reach their financial goals.
