Counseling & Relationship
The first and most important service we provide is travel advisement. We start planning your trip by asking you a few questions. After we know your travel style, we design a custom vacation just for you. But the counseling doesn’t stop there. We are here for you from when we start planning until after you return home. We’ll help you navigate country-specific entry requirements, travel advisories, weather alerts, insurance claims, and other tedious travel arrangements.
The more trips we help you plan, the stronger our advisor/client relationship grows. We will help you keep your client profile up to date so that you won’t have to re-submit information every time you want to plan a trip. And when a travel opportunity pops up that we know is just your style, we’ll let you know about it so you don’t miss out!

Flights
Coach? Economy? Basic Economy? Main Cabin? Business or First Class? We know the difference– even though the difference depends on the airline. Do you prefer window or aisle seating? How much should you spend to check your bags? How many ounces or milliliters of liquid can you carry on the plane? We will help you with all of the details for your flights. And– there’s a chance we can save you some money, too. Often, while bundling flights with other vacation components such as a hotel or tour, we can get you a “bulk air” rate for your flights which is significantly less expensive than published fares. And whether we include bulk air or published air tickets in your vacation package, we will monitor flight changes and keep you updated, plus go to bat for you if your flight gets cancelled or changed. If you prefer to book your own flights, no problem! We are happy to book “land-only” packages as well.
Ground Transportation
We organize airport shuttles, private chauffeurs, rental cars, trains, tour-busses, ferries, water-taxis, rickshaws, pedicabs, private jets, or whatever the best mode of transportation is available in your locale- all over the world! We’ll make sure you have the best way to get around your destination to suit your itinerary and budget.
Lodging
Whether you want a swim-out or a walk-out room at a beach resort, a quaint room at a B&B, a private cabin in the mountains, a posh penthouse suite in a metropolitan high-rise, or a balcony stateroom on a cruise ship, we’ll provide you with options and see availability for your specific travel dates. Our relationships with popular hotel brands enables us to know when a property is undergoing construction or when a huge college soccer team is taking over the premises… we know which resorts offer adults-only or family-friendly amenities… which hotels are LGBTQ-friendly… which ones offer accessible rooms, etc…. so we can advise you of the best lodging accommodations to suit your needs, budget, and comfort-level. And when it comes to cabins or staterooms on a cruise-ship, we’ll help you sift through the dozens of categories to find the perfect type and location on the ship, based on your preferences and budget. Not only can we help you select the best hotel or cruise line to suit your needs; we can also arrange for equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, scooters, oxygen, shower stools, listening devices, etc. to be delivered straight to your cruise-ship cabin or your hotel room. We can also communicate with chefs at your hotel or ship to let them know ahead of time if you have food allergies or special dietary needs.
